Healthy Byte: Creating a Furniture Polish from Scratch

Healthy Child
Monday, June 29, 2009

If you've ditched your conventional polish (furniture polish is highly poisonous if ingested), you can buff your wood with natural oils.

Jennifer Taggart with The Smart Mama makes her furniture polish from scratch. Mix 1/4 cup of organic olive oil, 1/4 cup of vinegar and 20 to 30 drops of essential oil, shake it up and it's ready to use.

Try it out and let us know what you think.
