Make It:
Dressing
1. Mix the yogurt and lemon juice together.
Salad
1. Place all of the ingredients in a large serving bowl.
2. Toss with the dressing and keep cold until ready to serve.
Clean It:
Head to your local farmer’s market for organic celery. In testing, celery had the highest likelihood of having multiple pesticides in a single sample.
Green It:
Reduce bowl use by measuring and mixing the dressing in a measuring cup instead of measurers and bowls, and by tossing the salad directly in serving bowls instead of mixing bowls. Less to wash up afterward means less water is wasted.
Make It Fun:
Try adding a handful of raisins for added texture and antioxidants!
