Super Guacamole
This recipe is easy to whip up and great as a dip or topping. Try it on foods your kids are not so enthusiastic about, like salads or roasted veggies, or served plain with veggie chips or carrot sticks.

Make It:
Mix together and enjoy. Refrigerate leftovers (if there are any, which is unlikely).
Clean It:
Make sure to regularly sanitize your sponges, they’re a breeding ground for bacteria. You can easily do this by microwaving them on high for a minute, or just throwing them in the dishwasher at the end of the night.
Green It:
Try to buy your herbs and seeds from bulk bins at your local super market. Nearly 80 million tons of waste are produced annually from packaging containers, and buying in bulk means fewer trips to the market!
Make It Fun:
The texture of avocados makes them incredibly fun to mash. Your kids will have a great time letting out some of their pent up energy helping you with this part of the recipe.
