Apple and Zucchini puree is a great combination of savory and sweet, with the goodness of both a fruit and a veggie. It 's super easy to prepare and offers a delicious, crisp taste your baby will love. Suitable for babies 4-6 months & up. Make sure your baby has tried each item individually first.

Tzatziki 54321

Tzatziki
Shane Valentine
Tzatziki is delicious as a dip or a condiment, and my family can’t get enough. The recipe calls for Greek-style yogurt, which gives the sauce an irresistible richness. Since it is yogurt based, we guiltlessly heap it over meat or fish and dunk into it with warm pita shells.

Ready to try your hand at Indian cooking? Our version of Tandoori Paneer is mild enough for your baby, and she’ll love the taste of this Indian cheese, with its trademark lemon zing. You should be able to find Paneer at your grocery store or specialty market.

Tarragon Carrots

Tarragon Carrots
Shane Valentine
Carrots are super sweet when pureed, and I added tarragon, an herb typically used in French cooking, which only enhances its naturally sweet flavor. Babies, quite simply, adore their carrots!

Sofrito

Sofrito
Shane Valentine
Sofrito is the base used in virtually all Puerto Rican cooking, similar to the mirepoix used in France and the soffritto used in Italy. It's not to be eaten by itself. Traditionally, sofrito is made with recao and aji dulce. These 2 ingredients may be hard to find so I created a version without them

Mango Sticky Rice

Mango Sticky Rice
Shane Valentine
In Thailand, sticky or glutinous rice, kao neaw, is a staple ingredient in savory and sweet dishes alike. My recipe, combining mango and coconut, is quite simple, and a great choice for babies newly ready to move beyond basic fruit and vegetable purees.

Quinoa with Spinach, Sweet Potatoes and Goat Cheese

Quinoa with Spinach, Sweet Potatoes and Goat Cheese

Quinoa, was originally cultivated by the Incas. Go ahead and eat as much quinoa as you can. A super healthy food, it is rich in protein and fiber, and is gluten-free. Babies will love the taste of sweet potatoes and carrots in this dish and everyone will savor the creamy finish of the goat cheese.
