Janelle is a seasoned environmental health advocate, communications ninja, brand strategist, and social good junkie. She was formerly the Chief Communications Officer for Healthy Child Healthy World, but has resumed her freelance career working with groups across the country ranging from progressive brands and nonprofit organizations to school districts and government offices. She’s passionate about using social media and technology to build brand awareness, community, and a better world, as well as being a proficient researcher, writer, and translator of science with experience composing blogs, articles, fact sheets, brand assets, books, white papers, scripts, tweets, marketing copy, public policy, and more. Janelle lives in the mountains of Arizona with her husband, two daughters, dog, and two chickens and enjoys cooking, hiking, reading, and slowly picking away at her final thesis for earning her Master’s Degree in Leadership and Social Change.
