Larry helps causes harness online and mobile technology to achieve priority goals. Drawing on nearly 30 years experience in the non-profit sector, Larry works with organizational leaders to help expand their sense of what is possible online and to innovate and succeed.
Larry is passionate about the power of technology to help build mission-critical relationships and the power of strategic networking to help organizations reach their goals. Larry helps clients increase their reach, access and influence through intentional networking and is strategic partner of LinkedIn’s nonprofit division, LinkedIn Nonprofit Solutions. Larry is helping forward-thinking nonprofits and NGOs leverage big-data and other emerging technologies.

Larry’s issue advocacy and ballot campaign experience date back to 1984. In 2004 he helped pass CA Prop 63 earning the national Golden Dot Award for Best Statewide Internet Campaign. He led the online campaigns to defeat Prop 85 in 2006 and CA Props 1D and 1E in 2009.
Larry frequently speaks on power mapping and strategic networking, strategic planning and mobile communications. He served on the Board of Healthy Child Healthy World for 6 years including 2 years as Board Chair. He is on the board of the Innogive Foundation. As a Jesse M. Unruh Fellow, Larry works with students at USC’s Jesse M. Unruh Institute of Politics to help them understand political and policy challenges.
