KELLY HERMAN

Kelly Herman, Program Director, is a motivated and engaging professional with a talent for guiding business leaders through complex processes to achieve company-wide success on multiple levels. Kelly is a proven diplomatic collaborator, with over 15 years experience offering client-focused approaches to achieve sustainable, revenue-generating successes. With clients such as Pepperdine University, Shipworks Group Australia, Infodisc Technology, and City National Bank under her belt, Kelly is a highly organized, visionary leader, combining a passion for service with a deep drive for supporting organizations to succeed and grow across multiple performance metrics.

Most recently she combined her spirit of pride and accomplishment as a Pepperdine University Alum (’96), with her talent for building bridges across diverse business and non-profit sectors while she served as the Senior Advancement Officer for Major Gifts at Pepperdine.

Rounding out her dedication to community partnerships and business network building, Ms. Herman is an active volunteer with several major non-profit and community service organizations, including the Cure Autism Now, Autism Speaks, Cerebral Palsy Foundation, International Seakeepers Society, the National Council of Jewish Women, Los Angeles Section, and Beit T’Shuvah, Ms. Herman maintains a strong track record of giving back to her community and currently resides in Los Angeles. She enjoys daily yoga practice, spending time with her husband and 3-year old daughter and being outdoors.
