Meghan Garvey

Meghan Garvey, Development Director, brings 13 years of experience in Fundraising, Non-Profit Marketing and Partnership Development to Healthy Child Healthy World. Prior to joining Healthy Child, Meghan worked as Head of Partnerships for the British Council USA, developing relationships with US-based public and private organizations to support global projects, focusing on projects in the Middle East, North Africa and South Asia. Previously, she worked with The San Francisco Marathon as Director of Marketing and Sponsorships, and developed a marathon training program and a youth running program. Meghan’s direct fundraising experience was obtained while working at the University of Pennsylvania and The George Washington University. She holds an MSEd from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Hamilton College. Meghan is passionate about living a healthy life and enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible. She loves to find new adventures and is an avid surfer, runner, biker, hiker, and loves to cook, read and travel.
