Healthy Child Healthy World Mom on a Mission® Gala Gift Bag Drawing Contest

GENERAL:  The contest consists of entrants (8 years old and younger) submitting a drawing of themselves and their mom. The winner’s drawing will be printed on the canvas gift bag for the Mom on a Mission® Gala. The Mom on a Mission® Gala is an annual fundraising event that celebrates moms who are making a difference in the environmental healthy realm.  Entrants, finalists, and contest winner (collectively “Participants”) consent and grant to Healthy Child Healthy World, Inc. (“HCHW”) and sponsor the right to use their drawing, name (first name and last initial), and age for promotional, advertising, marketing publicity or trade purposes in any and all media and products worldwide in perpetuity without compensation to Participants.. HCHW will display the submissions on their website and social media. To the extent necessary, Participants and their parents or legal guardians agree to execute documents and provide other reasonable assistance as requested by HCHW to assist HCHW or its sponsor to evidence and perfect its right to use the drawing, name and age of Participants for all uses stated above. By submitting the drawing you are agreeing to all the rules and regulations. The one (1) winner’s drawing will be printed on the gift bag for the 2023 Mom on a Mission Gala.

ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to individuals eight (8) years old or younger. Must be legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia. Contest void wherever prohibited by law, or where the registration or filing requirements of any state or local jurisdiction have not been complied with. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations. Participants must have the consent of their parents or legal guardians of 18 years or older to participate.

HOW TO ENTER: Nominations will be accepted starting August 18, 2023 until January 8th, 2023. The entrant must draw a picture of themself and their mom. The drawing must be done by hand, it may not be digitally rendered. The drawing must be completed by the child. The drawing must be 8 x 10 inches. Drawings must be emailed as a high resolution scanned image in JPG or PNG format and emailed to [email protected]. Include the child’s first name, initial of last name, and age when submitting drawing. Nominations must be received 12:00pm January 8th, 2023 to be eligible.

FINALISTS/WINNER NOTIFICATION: The selection of the finalists will be conducted by HCHW and contest sponsor staff. Four (4) finalists will be chosen from among the drawings submitted. Finalists will be notified by January 15th, 2023 via email. Four (4) finalists will win a Healthy Child prize. Winner will be chosen by the public via voting on Facebook and the HCHW network. The winner will be chosen based on the highest number of “likes” on Facebook. The public voting period will be from January 15th, 2023 until January 29th, 2023.  The winner will be notified on January 1st, 2023 by HCHW staff via email.

PRIZE: The winner will receive 3 canvas tote bags with their image printed on it and one gift bag full of safe, non-toxic goodies. The prize will be mailed by January 15th, 2023.
